**** unfortunately had to put the smoke detectors twice because he did it wrong the 1 st time. I spent two weeks in Christmas time with the detectors sounding off every 2 hours 2 weeks straight. Sent him videos and left messages, he did nothing till a month later. I have ten units with the same problem. Not a man of his word. Just a total nightmare.
