They're great till you need their help from a wrecker they dispatched to you damages a car, then they will not return your calls or assist you in anyway. I was originally told if I had any problems to let them know. I called and left message after message and nobody ever returned my call. They want your money, but the higher ups don't want to be bothered!
My daughter had her car towed here after hitting a curb and was quoted $1400+ for repairs. Luckily she had it towed to another shop for a second opinion and had it fixed for less than $200. It's been running fine since. Buyer beware!
AAA is the best thing you could buy a new driver. Towing when a car breaks down. Change tires when you have a flat. I get free maps and books from the office when we are going on vacation.
Great service! Technicians are very helpful and understands you are on a budget. Love the fact that you can get a shuttle or a rental car depending upon the need.
Can get in and out fast. If you have problems they are always willing to help!! Never used their travel people might have to one day.
So helpful . Able to take care of small DMV issues , pay vehicle registrations and great six Flagg tickets at in one place ! Plus love the AAA car service !
Every time I visit the warwick branch, I have always gotten the service I need. I'm met with smiling faces from People who truly want to be of service to me. Looking foward to my future visits .
Setting the Standard for Service Lows. Experienced the worst service with DMV services at this location. The staff member epitomized such a smug and dismissive attitude that I will not renew my AAA membership. He expressed absolutely no interest in understanding what I was trying to accomplish, with a personality completely misaligned with those in a customer service role. This office has been very hit-and-miss for us. We loved our initial buying experience as well as their car seat inspection service. However, I've had 2 times that I walked into the office, had no one great me, and sat waiting to be helped after everyone in front of me had been taken care of. The products and initial sales are great. Service needs work.
