I recently got my license renewed at the Warwick office. The service was fast & friendly- so much better than having to wait at the registry!
Recently renewed my license at the Warwick Office. Service was awesome and I didn't have to wait nearly as long as I would have at the Registry. Wouldn't go without it.
I have had AAA since 1977. I will no go without it. I have my wife and both sons on it as well. The license and registration is a joy after trying to complete these with the state. I have seldom had to use the road service. But when I have had to use it. It has be a God send to have. Unfortunately I have had to use it several times this year. It was excellent as expected. In all the years I have had AAA. I only had 1 bad experience about 4 years ago. But that is a pretty good track record.
My license renewal was handled quickly by a extremely pleasant employee in a VERY professional fashion. As usual, performance was exemplary ! Captain Carl

I forgot I was in Rhode Island!! What a great group of people- Unbelievably great service, extremely professional, really personable. Not the typical "Rude Island" nasty attitude that is so prevalent in other customer service oriented businesses around the state. Why would ANYBODY choose to go to the DMV??
