Exceptionally well run business and high quality facilities.
Exceptionally well run business. The facilities and storage units are kept spotless, in perfect working order, the office personnel are extremely prompt and knowledgeable. Just an all around great experience renting storage units from them as well as knowing several of the staff members personally since then.
They like to threaten you with liens and fees that not only exceed the Kentucky state law but a law that also says you have to be at least 31 days late before they can put a lien on your unit. I’ve been no more than a week late before but paid the late fees that they tagged onto my bill even though it is before the time frame allowed. They keep saying “ second or third late notice “ when number one it’s just the first number two they never call only email and they do it the day your bill is due. They’re crooked and liars!
