Patrick came to service our whirlpool refrigerator. And the repair would be $700. But he went through the effort to research and discover that our model qualifies for a recall with whirlpool, so not only is the repair going to be FREE, but so was the service call. Thanks Patrick!!!
I had John out from AAA service to do a repair on my built in dishwasher. He came to my house evaluated the problem order the parts and came back out a couple days later and made the repair. I've used AAA service numerous times for different appliance repairs, they've always done a great job, all their technicians are very professional and friendly. Another GREAT experience with AAA Service! I called with a problem with our dryer and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. We have called on this company almost a dozen times, and they have always been the friendliest and most courteous people that answer the phones and schedule your appointments and the nicest service technicians come to your home. Carter and Tom removed my old furnace and a/c and installed new units. They were very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. Brian came out last week and fixed our broken dryer. He was very courteous, hard-working and a very pleasant person. He went right to work and got done what needed to be done, ordered the part we needed and came when the part came in and completed the job. He is a very good asset to your company and we would enjoy having him come again if we ever need any more repairs done. THANKS Brian and AAA :) And now I have my dryer back in perfect working order!
