GREAT COMPANY – I have known the Broker of AAA for 25 years and when he was managing my properties he did a great job. His company is very efficient and tenants liked his company as well. I would highly recommend him.

Perfect rental experience, couldnt have asked for more. – We were looking for *THE* perfect apartment which we were able to find through AAA Property Management. An excellent rental experience. I would highly recommend AAA – Renting from AAA has been a great experience! I would highly recommended working with Alex G, and AAA altogether. Even the other employees at the actual AAA office in Concord were all so NICE! Alex was so helpful and very professional. I was extremely impressed with how fast he responds to calls and emails. It really seems that Alex and AAA go above and beyond. Out of all the places I’ve ever rented from this has to be my best experience by far.
Great Rental Experience – I recently rented a property from this company and am very pleased, thus far. A very good company to represent you! – We recently hired AAA Property Managment to lease and manage our rental property. They leased our property quickly and for the price we were asking. They also helped us with some maintenace issues. I was impressed with the background research they did regarding the tenants and with their lease. They have a large professional office and staff and I strongly recomend that you use their services.
Fast new rental transaction! – My fiance and I recently applied for a rental property with AAA. The property manager showed up on time (early even) and allowed us ample time to view the property and answered all of our questions. He was polite on the phone and always returned our calls and emails promptly. The application process was simple, efficient and fast. We signed our papers today and will be moving into our gorgeous new home soon! Yey AAA!
How are these guys in business – Years ago my wife and I moved to the Bay area from out of state we found this company and had them find us a couple places to rent. When we showed up at a house at the correct time we were left waitin for the AAA property guy to show us around, he shows up 20 minutes late, looked to be stoned, offered no apology and no help with even explaining the property. If you want to be treated like garbage, then AAA is the place for you! – Horrible experience with this company. They need some serious lessons in customer service. I'm surprised they are surviving. Even if you love a particular property, seriously consider going elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.
