A pleasure to work with – I have worked with AAA for almost three years and it has been a true pleasure. I am renting my second property from them and Alex is extremely helpful and easy to work with. Noni is always very responsive if there is repair work necessary. I would highly recommend working with AAA Property Management.

Great service! – I started looking for a rental home while living in GA when we decided to relocate to Concord. Some places didn't even call me back when I said I lived in Georgia. Alex responded to my calls and was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was very accomodating. It was a great experience working with AAA Property Management. We love our new place and definitely recommend them, especially if you live out of town!!
Great Company If You're Looking For A Place To Rent/Lease! – My husband and I recently leased a house through AAA Property Management and had a great experience. 3 for 3 ! – I recently rented my third place with AAA. Each time has been such an easy and stress free process. I have actually come to know the owner and his staff and everybody is friendly and professional. I had to move twice due to owners moving back to their properties, AAA actually helped me find my new places. I really felt like they cared about me and helping me get into a new place. THANKS AAA!
I recommend AAA property Management in Concord, Ca. – I was very surprised to see (a few) negative reviews and ratings (I suspect they are bogas from people that were not accepted when applying for a rental?). I have been with AAA Property Management for at least 10 years (property owner/ Condo).
