Brad Ashford was very courteous and professional... very satisfied with the work done... Highly recommend to friends and family.
We knew we would need to bring in dirt to cover the tank, because of rock,etc., but was told the field line was no trouble and it was good to go! Had I known this, I would have held up on the $7,000 check!! Field line was covered with leaves and some big rocks, all the rain washed away the leaves and come to find out, the line is laying on top of ground! This is our 3rd house we have built and we have never seen this before! Can't get a response from owner! NOT good customer service at all!!!

Contacted via email on a Sunday, expecting a call back on Monday, but I immediately got a response via email. Scheduled tank pumping for 8am Monday. Showed up on time, friendly, and quickly got to work. Job done in minutes, discussed future septic needs, made sure I was pleased with job, then they were on their way. Highly recommend these folks. Friendly. Professional. Reasonably priced.
I don't think I've ever run across anybody in today's age that is as professional, timely, and just downright nice as these folks work. They first called to see if I had an emergency, and when I let them know that it wasn't they were still out quickly- in the pouring rain! Although they had the job done quickly, they took the time to stay and ask several questions to determine whether or not all my expectations were met. They knocked it out of the park. Brad was awesome! I had a problem with my field lines seeping sewage and he was out the next day to inspect the system and evaluate the situation. I purchased my house 6 years ago and this is my first septic system. I hadn't put much thought into it until we started having a problem. Stupid me! He took the time to explain how it all works and made sure I was well informed. Ultimately he pumped my tank and did some probing to see where my field lines ran. AAA Plus Septic Pumping and Repair was Outstanding. If you need septic work this is who you need to call. Brad took the time to explain what the problem/issue was and to do's and don'ts of keeping a septic system , this was very important for a person who is new to the septic system usage. AAA gets five stars and this is the only one who I will call in the future if i ever need anymore work. Thank you AAA (Brad) for a job well done!

Called AAA because they were close to my home and I'm glad I did. I thought I was going to have to spend thousands to fix my hole system, but they said all I needed was a patch. They came out the next day after I called and fixed the problem. I definitely recommend AAA! They were fantastic!
