Purposefully come when I'm not home and they know it. Say the job is done when there's a hole on the side of my house left open for bees and mice or whatever else to get through (and rodents definitely did), left by them. They leave. I take a picture clear as day and they drag their feet on coming back. Edit: I got a text about this review but still no fixing my new rodent problem made by them leaving a hole in my house.
