Josh came and completed an initial inspection - we have a serious rat infestation - and he was extremely helpful. Showed us where they were getting in, discussed the plan to eliminate them and set out some initial traps to get started. He communicated very clearly and was patient while I cleaned up some of the mess before he set the traps. I hate having rats but i am extremely grateful for such excellent service.
