In currently with them, and if 1.5 stars was possible that's what they'd have from me. They got word from me and people from my team that I was considering making a report on the state, then when I was at the office they locked me for it,and believed the staff's lies over mine about how he had damaged my front door. (Maybe don't try to rip open locked doors, use common sense). They also love to sweep me complaints "under the the carpet" with mostly total disregard for their legitimacy. Great company very professional and reasonable prices. They took care of my grand mother and I love their services.
AAA Homecare is a very professional home care agency. I enrolled my mom in their system and their staff takes really good care of her. The staff are always on time, very nice and patient. I love this agency and will highly recommend it!
The staff are not very knowledgeable in the field or on how to run a business. They would say they have staff when they don't actually have staff available.
