Before the excuse of "might have wrong business" is responded here. EVERY bad review has same excuse but every good review doesnt. Respect your customers enough to give them an explanation instead of an excuse. We received amazing service from them! He came out very quickly, and found the problem right away. Very reasonably priced and our air conditioner was back to working same day. Very happy customers!
I am confident this is the same business, the guy I dealt with was named Tony. My experience was almost identical to another review. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m never one to leave a negative review, but this was a nightmare of a business to deal with. This business is very poor in customer service. We needed help with an issue with our geothermal unit in our existing home and Tony came out one time to assess. They were the ones who installed the unit. He then ghosted us after the assessment. Used them recently due to the spouse calling the wrong # he thought he was calling central heat and air. Took them couple days to come out they had to order a part. So it was fixed within a week. Super affordable also. 👌 I looked then up looks like they been in business about as long as my dudes at central so I will give them recommendations when ppl ask me about heat and air guys. 😉
