The worst florist in America. Our son's girlfriend in Japan wired flowers to him in L.A. to congratulate him on his graduation from college. What arrived wasn't close to what she ordered. She asked for red and yellow flowers. The arrangement that was delivered was made of orange and off-white flowers. She asked for a balloon that said "Congratulations!" or Congratulations, Graduate!" Avoid using this company for ANY floral services. For a special occasion, they delivered a large orchid, a few weeks back and on arrival it had a black spot on one of the leaves that they said was just a :water spot" when I called them about it. Two days later, that leaf dropped off, followed by two more the following day. An orchid specialist tells me that the plan had BLACK ROT on arrival and there was nothing to be done but to destroy the plant. This is a non-local florist phony...A call center located on Los Angeles, CA. They may know flowers but the flowers will come from a local florist, why pay the middle man when you can get more value for your money using a real florist in the area you want?
