Best Customer Service - They should provide tips to other Sacramento based companies on how to provide a positive experience. The cost of repairs was outside of my budget for this one item so I only ended up paying them for the service call...But I have used them on 2 other occasions and will continue to call upon them for future services.
AAA Electrical was a lifesaver. I had no power and it was cold & rainy, but Ed was here the same day and was able to trouble shoot the issue then repair, replace, and reset. He explained everything to me, gave an estimate and followed through with everything that needed to be done. I was so happy to have lights and heat again. Many thanks to Ed and AAA Electrical.
Kyle arrived within the designated time. He evaluated my electrical problem and offered some options. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional and he completed the work promptly and thoroughly.
AAA Electrical Services is a scam! I would not recommend services. I had a technician come to my home to give me a quote without assessing the problem. Their quote was 3 times the prices of a certified electrician that fixed my wiring. The tech was at my home for about 5 min, and I was charged $60 just to have an appointment. I called AAA Electrical to speak to a manager and never received a call back.
