I got referred to this company from American residential warranty. It took *** Electrical two extra days to come out to do ******************** call .Meanwhile I was without water for two days. He was supposed to come out and look at servicing my water pressure switch. But I got was a man sitting on the ground for half an hour tapping back and forth on the switch. Austin was Very professional, friendly and solved the problem quickly. Also used COVID 19 precautions. I would definitely use them again.

Normally like working with independent businesses - but these guys are plain and simple running a playbook to gouge you. 1. They tell you $59 to diagnose 2. Onsite, they do zero diagnosis, and tell you the cost to "Figure it out" - this was $320 (e.g., Should imply 2 hours of labor or so, at minimum). For fun, they slap on another fee: "Truck Field Stock Charge\.Wire nut , screws , Noalox anti corrosive,etc." - $30 for consumables he didn't use on site. 3. They showed up on time. Were very professional and courteous. They explained everything that happened and what they did. Our duplex lost power and they had to figure out how my side lost power. Very fast. We were up and running in 3 hours. SKC
Needed very urgent help to locate chirping of an alarm bothering us since last night. We thought it must be a smoke detector. Joshua W***** promptly came and identified that it was a standalone wall plugin CO monitor chirping for battery to be replaced. Prompt service, well done.

His install was professional and he went the extra mile to make sure his work was done right and looked good. Don't call them! They sent out an electrician to give us a quote. The charge for coming out to our house $59. The estimate was $485 to install a designated outlet for our dishwasher (no relocation of dishwasher needed). Thinking this was a high estimate we called around. Their quote was completely inflated. The highest quote for other contracted electricians for $340 LESS than AAA's quote. We were SCAMMED. Paying $59 for what?
