I signed a contract that listed the items to be completed. I deleted some and the company didn't do a few and he still charged my CC the full amount. When I emailed him to get a refund he ignored my email and tried to file a preliminary lien on my house after the job was completed and after he charged my CC the full amount. authorized an electrician from your company to visit a site to provide an expedited estimate for an upcoming project. I agreed to pay $250 speci?cally for this estimate and was informed that I would be contacted for approval before any further work or charges were made. Terrible company, horrific owner & questionable employees! This *************** are so awful they dont even qualify for 1 star but I had to select at least 1 to proceed. Consumer BEWARE! Complete rip off ****************** My mom contacted *** because they have a big ad in the yellow pages. She explained she needed an outlet & two technicians were readily dispatched to her residence for the job. I am so disgusted by my experience with AAA Electrical Solutions. Like several other reviewers, I was under the impression that the $69 fee to come out to my home included a diagnostic of the issue I needed fixed. This is not the case. It is a bait and switch scam followed by a hard sell of an upgrade to something I didnt need or want for thousands of dollars. Complete bait and switch. I was told one price to come out only to be billed hundreds of dollars more. When I initially called I was told it was $69 to come out. This implied that it was $69.00 to come out and look. No, this means $69.00 just to ring your doorbell. They also charge an additional $22.00 just for driving there. I needed a breaker either replaced, repaired, or some alternative to my issue. They dont stand by their work. Replaced two GFI outlets, didnt ground it properly, ground cable came loose, constantly tripping. Came out a second time to see what was wrong and charged me to repair their mistake. The second technician couldnt even connect the grounding wire; he had to add 6 of wire so it would reach the outlet. Then the owner accused us of trying to de-fraud them for requesting our money back and that the previous work be guaranteed. Scammers! I should've made a research before calling this company.they will not fix any problem they're just gonna fool around and charge u an overloading charges.we had to pay over $1000 for nothing.

*** electrical came and they said they were gonna be here right on time *** our technician had all his proper PPP he was very courteous very polite very professional I felt I got a good deal for the Dollar the problem was solved within an hour Im very grateful for *** electrical

I recently had some work done by AAA Electrical Services. They provided same day service and they didn't break the bank. When I called them, the receptionist answered professionally and ended her greeting with "how can I help you smile today?". That was so refreshing! The electrician and his apprentice were courteous and respectful of me and my home. I didn't get the sense that this was just another job to them. I highly recommend them!
