I hired John Walters in May 2017 to install floors, new kitchen & bathrooms and underground pipe lining for $55k. He took abt. 60% down and the workmanship is horrible and most of the work has to be redone. John subcontracted the job - they installed the floors and did a very bad job, they are not leveled and would cost abt $5,500 to get it removed and installed again.
