I purchased a GRUPON on April 28th to have my gutters cleaned. On April 29 I contacted the company by email to inquire about scheduling an appt a representative from AAA responded and asked for my address and let me know that I didn't have to be present and that they would try and fit me in no problem they were unable to fit me in... still no issue next week he says he's coming and doesn't and when I called he let me know that his son got in trouble in school so he had to take time off to Handel that still NO PROBLEM I have ... read more
Not happy at all. Our first conversation he tells me that I am within his 20 mile area. I tell him I have rancher which is considered a walkable roof. Cxld on 2 appointments. Than send me a bill for an additional.$30
