Read all the reviews and the nasty retaliatory, threatening comments (with customer addresses disclosed) but gave benefit of the doubt. Bought a groupon for window cleaning. Got a phone call to say they were not offering that service anymore but would honor the original deal. Never heard back and tried several times to call and sent numerous messages. Finally gave up and asked groupon for a refund.
AAA did a great job pressure washing my deck, even though I didn't have a source of water and they had to run a hose to my downstairs neighbor's spigot. The deck boards looked like new after, and they did a beautiful job washing the windows!

Terrible business practices. No communication. Not trustworthy
I bought a groupon to use on my detached garage in November. I called and emailed them multiple times, but no response. When I called Groupon to cancel, I finally got an email response from someone who claimed to be the boss. The person was rude, unprofessional and wrote the following: “I don't care about you or your business. Nor do I care about your past experiences with other companies. Next time don't assume that you can buy a voucher for a house that you want for a garage. Especially when you didn't ask me if it was OK.... read more
Poor communication and unable to schedule an appointment. Smart ass response about being "THE BOSS". Has not seen my house and made a comment about the gutters not being cleaned in 5 years. Not acceptable. Unprofessional in this case. Beware.
