Quick and easy 20 minutes during lunch time.
After 6 years of auto insurance we just had our 1st claim, an auto collision accident caused by a hit a run motorist. When I called my agent he instructed me who to call and we then had our car towed to the shop he recommended. I was informed by the collision company that it would take 2 weeks to fix and so we decided to rent a car. When I went to pick up the rental car, I was informed we were not covered even though we had full coverage on all of our vehicles.
