Nevil S. Used AAA Rock Hill for the first time. I always used AAA Steele Creek, but since moving to Rock Hill, found it a little too far to take my car. The customer service at Rock Hill was first class, they fit me in for a service almost immediately without an appt.They ordered a part for me and installed it the next morning. I will be taking my car there from now on and will recommend them to my friends and family.
I have been going there for a number of years and have been completely satisfied. Today Teresa as well as the mechanic that serviced my car gave 5 star service which I could not have asked for better treatment or service. Usually Teresa is my service rep and she is always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Rock Hill AAA.
Rock Hill AAA is a GREAT place for all service needs. I have purchased a set of tires and regularly service 3 of my vehicles. Its nice to have some very helpful and knowledgeable woman working there. AAA asked me to leave a review of my experience with AAA in Rock Hill, S.C. I just read the previous reviews - I can't believe this is the same place! Do NOT take your car here to be fixed. They are highly overpriced, will do unnecessary repairs and hold your car hostage until you pay the bill. BE WARNED
Dont take your car there. I took my mercedes in for a simple oil change with my 17.95 oil change coupon in hand. They told me it would be 76.00 and change because MY car has a special filter. Well I let them do it and waited. I drove the car home and next day there was an oil leak under the car. I took it back and they said that it needed a gasket on the drain plug. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. The two seperate incidents that happend within 3 days of each other: Idle air control sensor went out and they quoted me $448. When I asked to break that figure down it turns out they included a full body throttle cleaning in that quote (how convenient!) and that $328 was for the sensor. Outrageous considering I got another quote (reasonable) for $120! I ended up putting the part in myself for $46.
