Gotta say great customer service, professional and efficient. Yesterday my car battery died right out side my son's elementary school. Called AAA and in a short time Enrique was there to help. My 3 yr old and my 6 yr old were talking to the young man and he was gracious enough to chat and explain what he was doing with his tools. This kind of great service and attention to detail is what makes me renew my membership. Thanks again AAA for hiring the right people for the right job. �
If you break down away from home you will be very very sorry if you have AAA Automobile roadside assistance especially AAA Plus or premier because when you call on the help you've relied on you will be mocked and ridiculed buy hideous and cruel figures on the other end of the phone and no tow truck will come at any time you will struggle with them on the phone for hours into the next day to no avail! Horrible roadside assistance!!! Made us wait 5 hours on a dangerous freeway offramp would not contract an outside tow bc they didn't want to pay so told us we would have to wait until one was available putting our lives in danger,we could not exit the vehicle bc we were in such a bad spot on offramp and when Chp arrived they were amazed we didn't get hit! AAA's only concern is getting their $$. Should be called FFF!
It appears that Mercury is no longer writing home insurance. They are using a seperate company for home insurance and most people do not like their new policies. I have aleeady switched over hundreds of people to AAA and have saved them money and got them better policies. Call me and I can put some quotes together for you. 714-734-4496.
