We try to do a transfer vehicle today and the person that was helping us was a Indian lady how I know that because she actually have the audacity to ask the ethnicity to the guy that was transferring a car to us and she didn't even acknowledge us we are Hispanic , everything that we say was wrong on her point of view telling the guy that don't trust us SHE WAS saying that infront of us I have never felt so annoying and the racism from anyone more that her , you should train them more on racism and ethic so unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Angel and Jared are quick to hang up on someone when they don’t know an answer or transfer you to a line that leads nowhere. I’ve asked to speak with their manager multiple times and instead get transferred back to the main line. I love AAA insurance but this office is unfortunately incompetent.
Excellent and informative service in the licensing department.
