Horrible insurance..!!!! AAA sent a tow truck that asked for my credit card and then charged 262.58 this happened the 14 of February. Haven’t seen my money. Still under supposed investigation. -10 if possible.!!!

I purchased the driver's training for my son and the representative told me that we can postpone the behind the wheel training due to a vacation we were on but didn't bother to tell me it would cost an additional fee. I called to have them listen to the recording and was advised they go by the contract and not the conversation. so it's okay to give misleading information as long as you get them to sign the contract.

I’m contacting the FTC about the systematic harassment. You guys have no problem with 8 am phone calls and texts after over a month of not being with you company. I have asked multiple times to be contacted by someone with some interest in resolving the issue but instead they put me on the solicitation phone list. Calling and making me think my insurance had lapsed. That is unacceptable and on the advise of my lawyer I have contacted the FTC and will continue to do so until this matter is resolved.
this is one of the worst companies that I ever have business they sailed you promises that they don't keep don't buy batteries from them they don't give you the guarantee don't buy nothing from AAA
We are a group of friends, helping a friend who is a AAA member and has been writing to AAA about a $10,000 "car repair" imposed by one of your drivers. The mechanic made him pay cash. Took all his savings and he is a retired person with very limited income. He had to take out from his retirement fund and the IRS fined him with more than $2,000 for doing so. He was not able to take his retirement -celebration trip abroad because AAA took every penny. Please help him - his email is lonesomroadsATyahooDOTcom
DONT get AAA. WITHOUT permission they switched my fully covered car into a liable only car. The car that was liable only was then switched to fully covered. Our payments went up and we couldnt figure out why. We never thought to check if our cars insurance had been switched. It wasnt until I got into a car accident that we found out. Horrible way to fin out. WE TRUSTED AAA. The person that switched it is an employee at the Crensahaw location and continues to work there. Dispicable!
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE might as well be dealing with a governmental agency. 30 year member and I get treated like yesterday's trash.
