AAA from one of the best companies to one of the worst. Underwriters lie, agents not trained, homeowner insrance is a joke! After years of loyalty we are extremely disappointed. Will never recommend.
Went out to my car and it wouldn’t start. Called the auto club and George came to help me. He determined it was the battery which he replaced for a very reasonable price and I was able to go about my day in a short amount of time. I moved to CA about a year ago and this is my first time using the service.
Broke down in Santa Monica. Freeway patrol put our vehicle on a side street in a sketchy part of town. My wife, children and myself were stranded two hours from home at dusk in a bad part of town. YOUR COMPANY TELLS US ONLY TWO OF US CAN GO HOME AND THE OTHER TWO HAD TO FIND ANOTHER WAY HOME BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T HAVE A VEHICLE BIG ENOUGH FOR US AND CAR RENTAL AGENCIES WERE ALL CLOSED, EVEN LAX! SHAME ON YOU! YOU DISGUST ME!!!!!!!!
What a wonderful service when stranded with clean hands. ;)
