Horrible dealership. Avoid at all cost. They sell vehicles with major mechanical issues and simply cover them up with poorly done repairs. Then after bringing the car back numerous times they state the vehicle is now out of warranty and they won’t do anything. I wish I could give negative stars. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
The owner is shady, avoids liability for covered repairs. Gives customers the runaround. Very dishonest. Had to file a dealer complaint with CT. DMV.
I traveled from NY about two weeks ago, and I called ahead to make sure the cars I was interested in were there. They were. The man(owner I think) was soo patient with me as I walked around, asked questions over and over and test drove two cars. I ended up with a gem at a great price!! AND there was a visor that needed repairing, which he immediately acknowledged and told me would be repaired, and I asked if it could be shipped to my house. Went here to look at a 2012 Buick Lacrosse for my son. Car looked good (detailed well). Signs of rust, bubbling paint, not a deal breaker on a 12 year old car. No spare tire or jack. Took for test drive, was told by employee who rode with us, we would not be allowed to test drive multiple cars since they are not staffed to accommodate that. The check engine light came on.
