This place has really gone down hill since AAA bought it. The quality is terrible these days. My past three washes have been awful, change (money) taken from my car and customer service is not good enough to make up for the quality. Don’t got there!
They locked the keys in my car. Had to wait a half hour for AAA to come open it. To make it worse not one person said I’m sorry or I apologize or sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing

I just returned from the car wash on Central Parkway. Have been going there for years But this was the BEST inside cleaning of my car that I ever got there. Swept well, everything cleaned. �
UGH! What happened to my car wash? I can't even call it a car wash anymore...more like a wipe. I paid $24 for the top of the line wash and while the exterior looks okay (not great, still bugs) the interior looks like it was "cleaned" by a toddler. Dirt, dust, fingerprints, smudges, dog hair, etc. I even complained that it wasn't clean and the second wipe down wasn't much better. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Worst experience at a car wash ever. The AAA takeover ruined what was once the best place to have your car cleaned. The one older guy with the beard vacuuming cared way more about rushing to his next cigarette break than actually vacuuming my car. Makes sense since I had to vacuum it again myself at a gas station. Dashboard was left with huge gaps missed and lots of dust. Water spots all over the windows, so I guess the hand drying advertised is a scam. There was also bird poop left on the hood... read more
Every time I go the it seems nobody can clean windows and someone there broke the connection to my rear window defroster and didn't say a word had to find out when I went to turn it on a week later and no one wants to be responsible for the damage plus they offered me a new AAA membership and never received the offer that says a lot.So I will not be back anytime soon just sad!
