Don’t go there. One of their workers in Cincinnati, Ohio broke my automatic door by pulling on it. As of now the door will not open or close automatically. I have several witnesses that are employed by the company. The manager and his boss are refusing to take responsibility for the damages their employee has done to me van.
The car inside was left dirty when I purchased the premium... and then I asked to go over the middle console he demanded a tip. Never returning!
Took my car there to be washed and the car is not much cleaner then it was before I got there. It’s so sad that you pay that much for a car wash and your car is still dirty. I have been to 2 different locations and both locations just don’t care.

Worst car wash - manager is terrible. Cracked my windshield - 24” crack that 1000% wasn’t like that when I pulled in and he tells me that “ his machine “ would not do that ... Told me to have a great day and walked away. I will never go back - I’ve got my truck washed once per week there for over a year. Sad people operate this way. I wasn’t even looking for compensation - was only letting him know what happened. I chose to take my truck there . That’s on me. He just flat out lies and walks away. Terrible service.
I have always been so happy with the detailed cleaning but yesterday I was completely disappointed. There was mud left all over the interior doors, no vacuum touched the holders on the doors nor was the carpet cleaned thoroughly throughout the entire car. I called back and spoke to some man who said it was “human error”. My disappointment only grew. I paid for the premium package but feel like I received much less than the economy package. I truly don’t see me going back ever.
Only go here if you want your brand new car purchased less than a month ago to come out with a random scratch on the trunk that they will not account for! I will never be doing business here again
I went to the one on the Parkway today 5/7/2019 an the cashier was rude because my AAA card #'s were faded. She treated me like I was a liar or scammer the min she saw the card. Letting me know she would check to see if my card was valid I handed her my ID along with the card to make it easier. would I do that if I were trying to get over. I'll spend my money elsewhere an be treated with respect.
