RecommendedEveryone at Parkway Auto Wash was so nice to me today! My car is beautifully cleaned and all three people I spoke to were helpful and cheerful. The system is a little confusing at first but they explained it well. My car is very clean and smells good!
I used to compare Rainbow to Sharonville Car Wash. Sharonville being to best. Not anymore. Amazing how far it has gone down hill it has gone. I actually just tried it again thinking everyone has bad days and just left. The attendant taking money was beyond rude and unprofessional. Makes me want to cancel my AAA

This place is terrible. They broke my passenger side handle. It was literally hanging off the side. The manager essentially said there must’ve been something wrong to begin with, so not their fault. When I protested further, he decided to insult my intelligence to my face by say “I’m sorry you can’t understand what I’m saying”! What the?! Really. And two words not spoken to me by a single person? I’m sorry. Do not go to this place. Customer service is completely absent.
Terrible job on the inside of my car, I had to vacuum it out again when I got home. My husband and I both went on 4th of July, they were not busy at all so you would think they would take extra time on the few cars that were there. This service is not worth the money at all. Very disappointing.
I've taken my van to a plethora of cleaners all over town, and no one makes it sparkle quite like this place. I ask for Eric and Chad every time; they're the dream team!
