I did not hate it, but ordered iced tea when refilling or iced tea we got warm tea with no ice in it, my salad was a literally rotten in the bottom of the bow wet and slimy,, did send back they did not charge me for it and there was no toilet paper in the restroom..
Top notch Service. He scheduled both the diagnostic and the installation of the new motor on my washer at 7am so I would not have miss any of my work day. None of this we'll be there between 8a and 5p nonsense. Prompt, Friendly, economical and Professional. I highly recommend AAA Appliance.
Great service! Highly recommended. I had never used AAA or Richard before but when I called for an in-home service he was at our home right away. He had the parts on hand and our refrigerator was up and running less than 45 minutes later. Very respectable and very reasonably priced.
Reasonable charges, quick service. Clothes washer diagnosed, part ordered on a Monday afternoon and replaced by Wednesday morning. Called to make sure someone home, polite and efficient. Bill listing complete and detailed. Will definitely call again, planning on having dryer door fixed next :)
Richard was eager to help me with my noisiy refrigerator. He identified and fixed the problen in less then 20 minutes. The total bill was $20 less then the service fee of the cheapest competitor in town. Extremely happy with AAA.
