Service was done quick and easy, had to replace a solenoid valve in my fridge. Great communication and transparency.
Poor experience with this company. I used them 2 times for separate issues. My dishwasher was leaking water. The tech came out and looked at it for 2 minutes and said it was broken beyond repair and should just buy a new one. Googling the issue, I discovered that a plastic piece had fallen off and just needed to be snapped back in. Our fridge humidity line ripped. Their tech told us to buy a $600 part to fix it.
