AAA did an amazing job on our house. They replaced the AC unit, and the furnace for us and were amazing to deal with on the phone and in person. Our home warranty company (you know the one) fought us and them at every turn but AAA was able to work it out so we got what we needed. If you have a small issue, or need a full replacement, do not hesitate to call them. 10/10 I would recommend them to anyone. American Air once again saved us on such short notice! I can't express how thankful we are to work with such an amazing company and such amazing people! Bridget, Genesis and Ian are some of the best people we have ever worked with in such a stressful situation. We truly recommend using them for any HVAC needs, you will not be disappointed! Very knowledgeable, thorough and just care about their customers all around.
We had them install a new AC unit for our house. The whole process was fast and painless. I will be calling them for any future HVAC needs.
I wish I could give this company zero stars. Almost two weeks ago, I called this company to have my stove installed. They told me they would be out the upcoming Monday, I verified with them again before the end of the call, and they said yes. Waited around on Monday, no one came. Highly recommend! They have serviced our AC/heat pumps for six years with no issue. When it was time to install new units - seamless process, always professional and helpful!!!!
