I am not sure how this company is contracted to complete warranty work. Probably because small town and no other options. I am currently 3 weeks into a request placed by warranty company. First AAA couldn't upload the correct photos or report. I feel like that's basic for warranty work. Then come to find out his tech Steve put the wrong address on the report and he wouldn't fix it and the warranty company wouldn't process the request for new unit with incorrect address on report. Steve at AAA affordable air conditioning is awesome! My air conditioner went out over three weeks ago and he helped with a warranty issue and helped fix the issue so we could get a new air conditioner. Steve is reliable answers your phone call or text in a timely manner and when he says he’s going to be at your house he’s at your house I’m very lucky to have had Steve and AAA affordable air-conditioning.
I recently had an ac put on our home that was giving me fits. Steve is my new hero, seriously. He came out at the hottest part of the day and corrected the problem in lightening fast. My house is cooling off and Im one happy mama!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
AAA Affordable is amazing! I had a warranty issue that was misdiagnosed by another contractor and they took the time to solve the problem. They were prompt, professional, and very helpful! Thanks again for fixing our A/C!
I have used AAA Affordable AC three times through my warranty company over the last few years. They have always been very professional and called me if they were going to be late. This last time they went out of their way and drove to Bullhead to get a part that would have taken 3 to 4 days if they had ordered it. They had my AC up and running in under 24 hours. They alway say if there is a problem call us. I did this on one occasion and they came right out and fixed it. I'll ask for them now when I call in a claim. Thanks g... read more
