Great experience! I feel the need to post a good review after reviewing some of their bad ones. This plumbing company was assigned by my home warranty. They came out within 2 hours, communicated well and repaired my heating unit quickly. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for the excellent service!
I am rating this comapny 1 star for their unethical behavior. Home warranty company selected this company for air-conditioning service. Two visits and one part replaced. Problem still persists. They cancelled a follow-up appointment for their "warranted" work. They never called me regarding this. I took time off work and wasted time and money. They were diligent in contacting the warranty company and claimed they visited my home 4 times. They stated nothing was wrong with my AC unit. Common sense would indicate to contact yo... read more

We had a very good experience with AAA Affordable Air. We put in a claim early on a Saturday morning through our home warranty company. We had a return call as soon as they opened. It was Mothers Day weekend and the nice lady with AAA said they could come out but she would like to give her staff a day off on Sunday. I totally agreed and we were scheduled for Monday morning. AAA showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new A/C. AAA worked with our warranty company on the replacement. Everything was handled and... read more
