I worked there, when Bruce's son operated the business. When the business went by all systems and brakes. He was a spoiled boy. All he cared about was his bicycles. Treated his workers like they were garbage! As far as a business aspect concerning parts, yes a great place. If it wasn't for Bruce his father this place would have gone down years ago!
Super helpful staff, usually has parts cheaper and in stock or can get them faster than Gabrielle. I'd recommend them especially if you're in a bind trying to find a part quick.
