Provider was ok but recommended I use their in house counselor because “good news, your insurance covers it.” After I completed two appointments it was denied by insurance and I was left with a $500 bill. They could have checked first to see if it was in fact covered rather than confidently telling me it was. Of note, I have phenomenal mental health coverage and I have not found another provider in the state who does not take my insurance for counseling. Also, refused to admit any error on their part.

Had X-rays and MRI done in late June for a lower back issue. Showed L4 and L5 are out of wack. Was referred to AA Spine. Met with the doctor at AA Spine Wasilla's office in late July. They were that booked out. He said I needed to begin cortisone treatment. Went in a few days later and received my shot. Two months later the pain came back and made an appointment.
