I contacted Armando, looking for someone to steam clean my parents' kitchen floor. When he measured the area, the cost would have been less than his minimum fee. Because it was below his minimum, he asked if there was another area that I'd like to include. We agreed on the bathroom. I really appreciated him doing that.
