This guy is a joke. I just moved to Tennessee, we are so happy, so many wonderful people confirming why we moved here. Brian (the owner) screwed us. Took our money / deposit and never heard from him again. Told me to take him to small claims court. He sits in his house all day long, has only one leg , expects people to feel sorry for him.
