AA Motorcycle transport is a Terrible company. Read all the terrible reviews. My bike was delivered with the frame broken in 2 places. Unfortunately for me the breaks were up under the motor mounts and not visible. I noticed it a day after delivery but I had signed the papers. They do not know how to tie down bikes. They keep changing their dates but if you need to change they charge you for it. They have refused any compensation for the broken frame. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I have used AA on a couple of motorcycles and will do so in the future. They are courteous, professional and are easy to use with their website. They schedule and handle everything and use a pallet to protect the bike. Top company, highly recommended.
Very efficent
they didnt know who they were calling, despite me filling out the online form corectly. then my bike sat in my town for 3 day until they took it to my house. they picked it up fast, online tracking was nice and it got to me in one nice piece.
Everything went smoothly at both ends. I could use the web site to keep track of the delivery and I was called the day before the delivery. One of the brakes was locked on the bike and the drivers helped push the bike up the driveway. I would use them again.
Over 5 hours late at the pickup address. At the arrival point the driver had lost his license plate and could not get on base. My wife called the customer service reps where she was repeatedly yelled at and berated. We were told on base drop-offs where excluded from the contract and we should have read it. Upon review of the contract there is no mention of exclusions to military bases. We eventually just had it delivered to the local HD dealer.
