I was looking for a quick pick-up and quick delivery. AA Motorcycle came thru for me. Their instant quote was really helpful. Since I lived on a narrow street I met the trucker down the street. I revved up my new motorcycle and drove around town. Everything was as expected.
The motorcycle arrived a day later than expected but all in one piece. I was told in advance so I'm cool with it.
After receiving a partial refund for my late shipment, I have removed my 1-star rating and review and changed my opinion of this business to 5-stars! My motorcycle arrived in a secure and perfect condition, as expected. Thank you for your kind consideration of my initial complaint and handling my refund expeditiously!
These guys were great!!! Instant bid. Fair price. My motorcycle arrived exactly when was promised. Motorcycle was shipped in a well protected manner. Great tracking system. Any questions I had were happily answered.
How about delivering the bike when it was originally scheduled.
Terrible experience! Pick up and delivery dates pushed back multiple times with no communication.... When I called I couldn’t believe how rude they were! Damaged my front forks. Expect your bike to be in Limbo for weeks beyond deliver date.
Delivered almost one week after they initially said they would. When they finally called to deliver they didn't give any options as to the delivery window. It was a very frustrating experience.
Good service, reasonable rates.
