Have used AA three different times, these guys are the best. Highly recommend them to anyone shipping a bike or scooter.
I was in big trip around the United States with my motorcycle. After many problems I has no one other solution that to do shipping my bike from Chicago to San Francisco. The people in the office was nice and friendly. I let the phone number of a friend to organize the delivery. All was perfect and the bike was in place a time with no any damage. Bike made it to Anchorage Alaska in the same condition as it left Texas. Nice job. Faster than I thought it would.
I won’t go anywhere else. My friends and I use AA Moto. I have never had a bad experience. Also, they have some good tracking. The trucker will call you ahead of time. I got my motorcycle shipped from my door and sent it to my brother’s house.
At first I wasn’t happy until Debbie helped me out. She is awesome sauce. She guided me through the whole process. This review is a 5 star because of Debbie. If you can you would work with her.
I loved the instant quote feature. I compared pricing to 5 other companies. AA wasn’t the cheapest I wasn’t looking for cheap. My hog is expensive! The tracking feature was great on my cell phone.
I liked that there was a lift gate when they were picking up my bike. Last time I shipped my moto it was rolled up a ramp! Good thing nobody slipped. I recommend AA Motorcycles.
I had an issue arranging a pick-up from Copart and Debbie helped me resolve. If you can, try working with Debbie. She had been working there for many years. Thanks
