RecommendedHad my transmission fixed here on a 2006 dodge. Truck is running great. Garry is very knowledgeable and customer service was great. Will go back.
I have to send out great thanks to the management and crew at Lonestar. I thought I had a transmission problem but their evaluation found it to be a front wheel bearing. They not only saved me money but the repairs were done quicker then I thought.
Never take any vehicle to these pathetic people. They messed up my truck badly. It ran like crap and when I got home I found that they left my carrier bearing hanging by one loose bolt. There's a list of other things that they got wrong and messed up. I'll probably have to have it re-rebuilt by some one professional. In my opinion, these people (all of them) are dangerously incompetent. I will be pursuing this further.
Horrible experience here. I expected to get a transmission rebuild per their advertisement and I cannot even say that was done. When I picked up my car, EVERYTHING on the inside was ransacked and most items gone. Luckily I was smart enough to take the major things out before getting it repaired, but I never, ever expected this. After driving my car home, it would no longer start. Horrible place DONT TAKE YOUR CARS THERE , you will get ripped off bad i paid them 1700 to fix my car and it was in the shop 5 more times and now im left with a car not working.. I am not gonna contact the Local News and BBB as well as get an attorney .. They have cussed me they are the worst people to deal with ...
