I had a panel removed after it had been crunched in an accident. They were able to get me in and taken care of in about an hour which was fantastic. There was some later issues with the replacement panel and while the issues were eventually resolved the customer service during these issues was unacceptable. A second member of the team, I believe auto sales, stepped in after I sent an official letter regarding the issues. I will not be going back, despite the fair pricing and work done, due to how I was treated.
Big shout out to Mark & his crew at AA Auto sales in Indy! We found a car we were interested in & contacted the dealership asking for more pictures. He not only promptly got more pictures & sent them to me, but I later found out it was his day off. He stayed in contact with me through the whole process. We live 2 hours away & went there on Saturday to try out the car & decided we wanted it. Due to a miscommunication with my bank’s loan officer on my part I didn’t come prepared as I thought I had.
