Don't use them at all. They changed installation price the day before delivery although I had prepaid for grass, delivery and installation 2 weeks prior. When I asked why the price changed and tried to get more information, my entire order was cancelled and the lady was very upset. I tried to tell her that although there was a miscommunication regarding the installation (so she says anyway), that I still wanted my grass and they could just refund the installation fee but she just cancelled the entire order. Save yourself and dont use these guys for ANYTHING! I hired the company for a complete backyard makeover with drainage, retaining wall, and flagstone components. All I got was lots of headaches and problems. Their idea of a completed project left A LOT to be desired. THEY WERE ALL AROUND BAD NEWS!! I had to hire a whole new group to clean up the mess...
