Don't use them at all. They changed installation price the day before delivery although I had prepaid for grass, delivery and installation 2 weeks prior. When I asked why the price changed and tried to get more information, my entire order was cancelled and the lady was very upset. I tried to tell her that although there was a miscommunication regarding the installation (so she says anyway), that I still wanted my grass and they could just refund the installation fee but she just cancelled the entire order.
