The contractor told me that he would come and give me an estimate on the removal of three dead pecan trees. He didn’t show up or even give me a call, so I called the company to learn the status of the appointment. The lady told me that she was unaware of any appointment and that she would call the contractor to find out what was going on and that she would call me back with the information. She, or anyone else ever called me back.
Had an appointment at 5 pm today. My wife texted earlier in the day to confirm—- no response. I texted him at a little after 5 with our address and no response. It is now 6pm and we will use someone else
These folks are really good at what they do. Very knowledgeable and well equipped to get the job done fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them for your tree service needs.
