Waverunners were not available when we were told they would be. We were told to reschedule. New dates they offered didn’t work. Alec refuses to respond to refund request. Avoid this company at all cost. As you can see in my photos. Reservation was for 08/16. I requested a refund verbally to Bryson and via email on 08/12. If I could give 0 stars I would. Owner will say this is a fake review- it is not. My brother in law reserved 3 wave runners for 3 hours each with the owner over the phone, but was told to book for anytime online and they would work it out when we picked up. When they showed up the next morning the guy working the place was super unprofessional and knew nothing about the reservation and there were none available to rent. Having reserved 3 jet skis by phone for our 12 grandkids to enjoy, our sons showed up to be told there were none available and there wasn’t a reservation made. Needless to say, we were all disappointed…and then furious when a week after returning home, the company refused to refund the money saying we didn’t show up! THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. IT HAPPENED LAST WEEK WHILE WE WERE VACATIONING IN FT MORGAN ALABAMA! My son-in-law is the one who made the reservation for our family!
How I wish this WAS a fake review. When we tried to rent 3 jet skis for our family the owner said that although the site sign up stated there were none available he would make it happen for us if we could move our plans from the morning to the afternoon of that Friday. Since he needed all our information on line he asked us to sign up for a later date- assuring us that we would actually be renting the JS on our Friday, the last day of our family vacation.
