We rented 3 jet skis for an hour and half. We didn’t even make it out of the no wake zone before one of them started sinking. We saved it from sinking which took an hour we then went back to the dock and the guy running the place only refunded 2 of the jet skis. Guy wouldn’t even talk to us about it.
My Cousins and I went out to have some fun and it took a turn for the worst. At the beginning of our trip we were skeptical to even go with this company due to them saying their Skis were broken and being repaired. So, we went to a different one and had a blast! On the last day of our trip we came back to this company and tested our luck. We had a 30min travel time to get out of no wake zone (no big deal) and I noticed something wrong with my electronics on my ski. Fun and surprisingly peaceful ride! John’s customer service was AMAZING! He was helpful, kind, and patient! I would definitely recommend and rent with A2Z again!
