Renata and Basim were great! It was as close to an in and out experience I've ever had purchasing a car!! The deal was basically done via text...went in to test drive and went back the next day to do the paperwork. If/when I need to get a new car. I would definitely consider going back to A2Z!!!
Bought a 2015 ford edge. Spent most of my savings to get it. Took it to get new tires and they let me know that the bottom of my car is completely wet with oil. Great. Called A2Z Auto to let them know and give them a chance to make things right. I was told I would receive a call back from the manager and never did.
I was greeted with a big smile that made me feel welcome, they were so nice, very fast at getting me approved, didn’t show me cars I didn’t want. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership!
