Coral not only supports and pushes her boot campers but she watches every move and makes sure we're doing it right to prevent injury. She is truly amazing and if you haven't been to one of her classes you should get on it!!
Boot camp with Coral is the best. Every week we are doing something new that pushes me. She adds just the right amount of positive talk to get me to my next goal. During each class I swear at her in my head and when we are done I am so thankful for her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome experience in the gym.
