I love this place! The staff are the most patient and knowledgable trainers around.
I had an amazing experience there today. I needed a massage to just relax and treat myself. I had never been to this place before and as soon as I walked in I loved how bright and cheery it was as well as the friendly greeting I received at the front desk. I heard nothing but positivity from clients as well as the staff. My massage was just as amazing, the LMP was awesome, Sophia. Bootcamp with Coral is fantastic! The smaller class sizes allows for a community feel while making you feel like you're getting personal/individual training. Bootcamp at a physical therapy shop means they really focus on form and avoiding injury, which is perfect as well as a refreshing approach. I love this place!

I have always been a fan of fitness and total body wellness, but bootcamp with Coral has been pushing my fitness to a whole new level! She is tough, but also incredibly positive and motivating! Her excitement makes me want to push even harder every class. Best trainer ever!!
