Went out of their way to take care of a stranger today. The warning lights and bells on my diesel truck started going off, and I looked to the right and saw A-1 -- pulled in behind the building to take a look at the problem and Rodney walked out to see if I needed help. He and Chuck and another young man (sorry, didn't get your name) found the parts I needed, stayed an hour past closing, and got me back on the road. Nice guys, good work, and a fair price. Couldn't have asked for more.
A-1 Tires and more went above and beyond when a mistake was made to get me satisfied as a customer. Every company occasionally makes a mistake but how they are handled separate the good ones from the rest. Thanks!
Great Service ! Great people ! I would refer anyone that I know here, plus they are open on Saturday’s ! I went to 2 places including the dealership no-one could figure out what was wrong with my tire but guess who’s did? A-1 tire!!!!! Thanks guys you all are the best�#theydoeverythingbutbodywork#
Was in town visiting family and realized I needed an oil change and to have my battery checked. Decided to stop here and I do not regret it!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, low prices, and a great location! Will go back for future repairs!
