Work done in a timely manner. Since we are located in Miami Florida and this work was done in Greenville SC, he sent us photos of the work as they were in progress. We did not ask for them and this was very helpful. Overall I would recommend this company for all my plumbing needs.

They two apts with one water line feeding both. We had to dig up the line going under the street to make a new tab. Once we did that had get the water company come out and setup a new meters. Then go under the house and split water lines to feed each apt new pressure regulator for apt

He needed sewer iine replace very badly the line to his house was collapsed and it was the old tar paper piping that was from 60s and was under size for his needs
They worked me into their schedule. They came by to see what the problem was and then were back in less than 2 hours to install the motor and secure the fan.

You can pay more for a plumber with a fleet of fancy trucks if you want to. Or, you can call A1 Tec Service and have the same quality job done at a price you can afford. This is a local family business. They did a nice job, and the pricing was very fair for replacing 120 feet of sewer line. I got 5 estimates for this project. They offered the most complete solution to my problem and did it at the best price. Thanks Mr. Cobb. I will call them again if I need a plumber, and would recommend them to friends and family.
They came promptly and did a wonderful job. They were friendly and courteous and cleaned up after themselves.
