My elderly parents practically fell in love with Richard, the plumber who do this job. He was pleasant,, prompt, polite (apparently finished his cigarette in his truck before coming inside), instructed me during first phone contact on what part to buy locally to save money (actually reducing his profit), and charged an incredibly low fee out of consideration for my very elderly parents, who were the ones needing the work.
