The owner of this company has defrauded our company. They received merchandise, damaged it during installation and then opened a credit card dispute to get a refund claiming that it was defective. The item was returned to us severely damaged beyond salvage; not even repackaged in a shipping box. As the other reviews suggest, I would avoid as both a customer as well as a vendor. The only good review I see here is from Edward Fundulea who ironically shares the same last name as the owners... (suspicious?)

Horrible experience. I swore off blonds all together after doing business with "Eugene". Not even sure that's his real name. So many lies came out of him, I don't trust anything A1 Blinds has to say at this point. During my consultation Eugene was circular and evasive and came across dismissive and condescending. Was trying to sell cheap blinds then tell me they "wouldn't work" upon installation. Proper blinds that will fit will cost "a lot more". Dishonest, was not upfront, and overall completely incompetent. The owner Eugen is your stereotypical conartist. Initial estimate was completely false. Upon the day of blinds installation, installer told me the blinds selected wouldn't work, even though Eugen said otherwise. Ended being double in cost, in addition to the installers not cleaning up their mess after install. Install quality is very poor, many of the blinds are installed crooked.
